Definitely Eating Soup in New York; Not Necessarily Making It

Not Eating Out In New York blogger and soon-to-be soup maker Cathy Erway was kind enough to post this e-Q & A with me on her blog. Her enthusiasm for our project has been a real shot in the arm.

And, one addendum: Due to poor reading comprehension on my part, I jumped the gun in announcing Gabe McMackin, of Roberta’s Pizza, as a soup contributor. My apologies to Gabe and his staff. ETA: But wait! Gabe just confirmed. They’re in, and they’re bringing a vegetarian tomato-bread soup. Mmmmm.
